She explained that anytime she posted her products online, Emmanuella would use a different TikTok account to direct customers to her own WhatsApp number, telling them to message her for faster delivery. When the customers contacted her, she would take their orders and money privately.
Meanwhile, her normal job was to pack orders, write customers’ names and locations, and give them to the delivery rider, so she add's the secret orders she made to the delivery without her boss knowing, while keeping the money for herself.
Elizabeth said she once suspected her, especially when a friend questioned a MoMo number of her employee, but she ignored it and even forgave her not knowing that was what she has been doing since.
