They are currently doing the grounds work thus pavements, drains, laying of underground cables etc. And what they call "dirty works" thus scrubbing of the floors (tiled wards and rooms) painting (first coat) and installation of some electrical gadgets which will pave way for the installation of equipments which are all ready.
The site Engineer explains they haven't started with installation of equipments due to change in the architectural design (plan) to conform to modern day equipments.
