Massive demo and strike to be announce by Nagrat by the end of this week, The reason been that, the npp government have sent a bill to parliament which was lay last week , yet to be pass, if the bill is passed all government primary and Jhs teachers will be own, managed and be paid by district Assemblies across the country but shs will still be under ministry of education.
shortfalls
(1) DCE can sack or employs.
(2) if ur district run out of money , no salaries for u,and u can not blame ministry of education or government
